We are a consulting firm devoted to expanding human and organizational
potential.
The single greatest asset of any organization is its human capital.
Leadership, creativity, the culture of an organization and its vitality
all are generated by the people who comprise the organization. External
forces may impact the course of an endeavor; however it is the response
and actions taken by the individual(s) to those external forces that
influence the outcome of any enterprise.
At Life Stream Resources, LLP, we embrace 3 primary beliefs:
- A transition is occurring that allows people and organizations
to examine the meaning of success and the necessary paths to achieve
success
- The natural desire of any individual or organization
is to contribute,
to make a difference and to stay true to their core nature
- It is possible to know, define and hold
what is authentic – worthy
of trust.
We provide individuals and the organizations they
work within a way to reorganize the way in which they think about
themselves
and the
world in which they live. This is a shift from the way we
think about ourselves to what we know about ourselves, how
we identify
our strengths,
capacities or limits. And equally important, how we can access
those qualities in order to make a contribution as opposed
to being limited
by circumstance(s). This shift in thinking opens up possibilities
for progress, vitality and growth for the individual as well
as the organization.
Our operating principle is an understanding that true change
can be facilitated by drawing out natural capabilities rather
than by only
altering the external structure of how things are done. Simply
stated it is about drawing out the solution instead of seeking
a solution.
By the time a problem surfaces what can be seen is the obvious
difficulty but the underlying source is buried underneath
the immediate and pressing
need to fix the problem. The resources within are often times
overlooked in times of difficulty or stress and yet these
hold far greater potential
to generate change that is efficient, cost effective and
sustainable.
Our goal is to foster an internal foundation based in authenticity
which each individual and/or organization can draw upon in
order to make conscious, effective decisions in any situation.
From this vantagepoint
one can look at what needs to be done and then determine
how to accomplish a goal with integrity, compassion and strength.
